Two orders to date (cases of DOUBLE CASK 12 YEARS OLD) – the 1st took a bit longer than expected but it was because they were out of stock on one. After I called, they gave me option of waiting few more days for in stock or ship as is and credit difference. The out of stock brand came in and then promptly received. Minor complaint – I had to call to check on vs having them contact me. Second order few months later – promptly filled and shipped. I like the selection and prices are reasonable so will continue to use.
